When I played in other Server,and I asked from /newb,"/newb Where can I get Weapon License so I can finally buy Weapon?" Then the Helpers said you need to get a Weapon license from a Police Officer and they need to test you before giving you a Weapon License..Maybe if you could make a Gun License and only LEOs can give Weapon License
