Can you create a new Section - The City Council.
So that, city council members can post for new law/business to be amended? Because In Game, we barely have all head of faction present at the same time

Thanks to re-edit the desciption then.
Instead of putting : "Read about laws on the state level and ordinances on the local level here" can you change it to: " Laws amended by the City Council Members and other things"
