Please Change The Place of NOOSE HQ, Reason: Because when you are jailing someone, its too faraway, besides, the toll is never enabled so you cant go there easily, secondly, When you are getting fullvest or a gun in your locker, the HQ is too faraway you need to spend i think 5-10 minutes before you can reach there, I just want our HQ to be Near Los Santos so arresting or getting fullvest/gun makes it easier than the old ones. I hope this get accepted, That's All.
