Hello everyone!
This is my suggestions!

1. New (Donated) Factions

If anyone donates for a faction.....

They should choose:
Illegal

or
Legal

If legal, higher the price
If illegal, lower the price

Like this....

Someone bought a faction, he chose legal and named it CIA, the scripter will script the faction's cmds.

Donated factions have special CMDS.

Like...

/locaterace

/startrace

/mace

/fvlock

/dfflare

/ssirens

/setspawn

2. Hitman new cmd

Cmd

/mask

-Getting the hitman unknown, will prevent bans.

3. Add a good HQ for hitman, put an HQ near VIP.

4. M4, or other heavy weapons are not allowed to lower ranks.

This will lead to good and nice RP.

5. Headshot system

Shooting in the head will get a one shot = kill.

Can be prevented with masks and helmets.

6. Lower the prices of your cars!

This will not let the newbies get tired and lost our popularity.

7. Donation.

Add more items in donating!

Dynamic Doors (DD's), Cars, Custom Houses, Islands, Faction, VIP, and Custom Gate.

8. Add some divisions!

LSPD:

Add this division:

Stealth Service

- This Division had the stealthy members of the team, can proceed on an operation silently.

NG:

Heavy Gunner Pilot

- Available to fly Hunters, can proceed to an operation with leader's permission.

NOOSE:

Anti-Contract Unit (ACU)

- Hunts some hitmans to protect that who got contracted.

Legal should be lower price, and Illegal higher price. Or else everyone will choose illegal

Faction should be limited...We cannot have 20 factions or more in game.
If it was for gang, its ok.

This will not be fare if Hitman HQ is near VIP. Why should?
VIP Lounge, is used by every player (faction & non - faction members)

All the prices are ok, everyone should get a job and work, so that they can afford to buy a car

NOOSE is already a stealth dept, with special forces and arms

Only the leader of Hitman can put contract and only the Governor or Head of FBI or Head of Noose of Head of LSPD should be able to put contract on Hitman to take them down
